  I used to enjoy shopping here about 15 years ago back when the store was neatly organized, merchandise was easy to find and staff members were present. I think Hudson's Bay missed the mark with their attempt at upscale. The prices have gone up, but the store is a confusing maze of clothing racks, and it is next to impossible to find a sales person and register to check you out. When you do find a sales person, they are often unhappy seeming and sometimes rude. I believe that trickles down from poor management. A rude employee also implied that my daughter was trying to shoplift by trying on a winter jacket in front of a mirror. She told her "you're going to have to pay for that before leaving." That's no way to treat customers, whether they be young or old. This store is OVER.

  I won't lie, I have had two terrible experiences with the Bay. I will not be returning. Was going to use them for my bridal registry, not happening now. Both times were surrounding returns. Had such a difficult time returning a broken item. They wanted to give me $7.99 in store credit for a $90 item. No thanks.

  Had been renovated and of course the prices are relatively high. Trying to make it upscale by selling name brand items. They have clothing to house ware items. This is located in Upper Canada mall. It has its own entrance\exit. Parking spaces are available.
